LAN Home Care LTD was established in 2024 by two seasoned health care professionals who brought together their extensive experience and passion for community care. One founder is a nursing professional with a rich background in both acute and community health care settings. This individual has seen first-hand the challenges and needs of peoples across a spectrum of medical situations, bringing valuable clinical expertise and compassionate care to the table. The other founder is a frontline key worker deeply committed to community welfare, having spent years working directly with individuals and families in need, ensuring their well-being and support.
The motivation behind starting LAN Home Care LTD was to address the growing demand for quality home care services within the community. Recognizing a gap in the availability of reliable and compassionate home care, the founders sought to create an organization that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of those in need of care and their loved ones. Care and support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays.
